BLVD Company, Inc. was formed over twenty years ago by four women. Cynthia Robbins, BLVD’s current owner and C.E.O of fifteen years, represents adult actors ages 18-80 and child actors and models ages 3 months to 17 years, all from a wide ethnic base.

Prior to becoming the owner of BLVD Talent Cynthia’s career in the entertainment industry covered a broad spectrum. She began her career as a child actress working for over twenty-five years as a performer, television talk show hostess, and high fashion model. Cynthia has brought her knowledge, entrepreneurial experience, and professionalism to the helm of BLVD for fifteen years. Her personal philosophy nurtures and cultivates some of the most extraordinary talent in Texas, California, New York, and other exotic locations.
